Immigration Attorney 

Carly has practiced immigration law since 2013. Her primary areas of focus are family-based and religious immigration applications. This includes adjustment of status, naturalization, consular processing, and nonimmigrant and immigrant religious petitions. Prior to starting McPeak Immigration Law, LLC in 2022, Carly worked as an associate immigration attorney at McCrummen Immigration Law Group, LLC for five years, where she gained invaluable experience representing immigrants of all backgrounds.

 

Carly started her immigration career as an immigration attorney at the Kansas Coalition Against Sexual and Domestic Violence (KCSDV) representing victims in humanitarian immigration cases and providing statewide training to law enforcement, attorneys, and other professionals on issues pertaining to immigrant victims.
